Futuring and By-Laws Task Force

At the 2010 UMAC annual meeting in San Francisco, California, a task force was created to make recommendations for By-Laws revisions and to articulate a recommended direction for the organization. The task force report will be presented during the first business meeting at the 2011 annual meeting in Albuquerque.

The Futuring Task Force was charged with evaluating proposed revisions to the By-Laws that were put before the membership at the 2010 annual meeting, but tabled. That document is available to download and review below.

Working with the Futuring Task Force, the UMAC By-Laws Committee has decided on recommendations for changes to the existing organizational By-Laws. The proposal will be put before the membership during the first business meeting at the 2011 annual meeting in Albuquerque.
